What Steward is

Steward is a fan-made character companion for D&D 5.5e / 2024 tables. It started as a personal attempt to make character creation clearer and table play faster.

Who made it

I am not a software company. I am a DM, a player, a designer and a father building this with care, testing, A.I. collaboration and a lot of respect for the game.

Steward is free because it is meant to help tables, not lock them into another subscription. If it helps yours, support keeps the ink flowing.

How A.I. was used

Steward is built in close collaboration with A.I. tools for code, structure and iteration. The design decisions, the rules understanding, the testing at real tables and the stubbornness are human.
